Featuring a glossary, calendar, and storytelling, the app is available in German and Arabic, with more languages planned.

AOZ Freiwilligenarbeit offers volunteer opportunities in Zurich to support refugees and . . . their integration. It includes programs like one-on-one mentoring (Tandem), group activities, and corporate volunteering. Volunteers help with language learning, navigating life in Zurich, and social inclusion through regular meetings and projects. The platform provides training, ongoing support, and flexibility for participants.

Circle of Young Humanitarians

Malaika Flüchtlings Theater
An exchange between refugees and locals takes place in a lively and informal atmosphere.
Together we develop plays, laugh, learn from each other and playfully improve our German.
There are around 12 public performances every year.
No theater experience or knowledge of German is required.

I-Need provides information to refugees and people in need about lunch tables, german lessons, clothes, medical treatment, legal advice and much more in a variety of Swiss cities and regions. Many offers – including the iOS and Android apps – are for free, made available by churches, aid organisations and many volunteers.
